NURSING ASSISTANT TRAINING |
Global Essential Services LLC Nurse Assistant Training Program prepares students for an entry-level job as a Nurse Assistant in long-term care facilities and hospitals. Students will learn how to provide basic nursing care to residents and how to communicate effectively based on the psychosocial needs of residents and their families. They will acquire the skills necessary to assist residents in attaining and maintaining maximum functional independence. Students learn how to protect, support and promote the rights of residents and how to apply safety and preventative measures in the care of residents. Additionally, they learn to function as an integral member of the health care team and how their skills and observations contribute to the overall health care system for long-term care facility residents.
Program Outline
The approximate time required to complete this program is four (4) weeks. Maximum time allowed for completion of this program is five (5) weeks.
Graduates of the Nurse Assistant Training Program are awarded a Certificate of Completion. |
